LyondellBasell is the world’s largest producer of polypropylene resins and polypropylene compounds and one of the top worldwide producers of polyethylene. Through the joint venture with Saudi Aramco, Lanxess is also a leading supplier of synthetic rubber. The company creates sales of EUR 7.9 billion in 2015 and has about 16,700 employees and 54 production sites worldwide in 29 countries.6
